the hotel's location was very central, close to Franklin Gardens. We spent our evenings in nearby Turtle Bay, especially when it was particularly hot outside. 3. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the room, which was neat and airy with air conditioning.

The room was spotless and bright, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The rate was £ 69. The service was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many local restaurants, the train station, and the center of town. The venue is fairly clean.

Breakfast recommended, the scrambled eggs do not have the charm of the other dishes - but otherwise plenty of choice!

The bed + bed sheets were very clean (no stains on the mattress, clean pillows and duvet, not worn out). Typical parking facility, good room service, delicious food (at a very reasonable price), generous breakfast and always fresh. Great lobby, super staff, great conference room with excellent service. Our stay in a superior queen room was great, with excellent facilities provided.

Fairly large and clean hotel, location was great and lovely right by the centre and the bus station, the restaurant for evening meal and Northampton for a number of months. The rooms were all immaculate and luxury with baths. Nothing too much trouble, we enjoyed staying in this place.

The hotel was in good condition and conveniently situated next to the town center and park area, making it a great base for shopping. The rooms were clean, and the facilities well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

Good coffee and good breakfast buffet. Excellent lunch buffet.
