Came here for shopping, recommendable. The hotel itself was spotless and newly renovated. Booked a room with particularly nice views, and the staff were friendly efficient and especially helpful people on the reception desk...

Breakfast recommended, the scrambled eggs do not have the charm of the other dishes - but otherwise plenty of choice!
The exterior facade does not reflect the charm of the interior prevails !

The bed + bed sheets were very clean (no stains on the mattress, clean pillows and duvet, not worn out). Typical parking facility, good room service, delicious food (at a very reasonable price), generous breakfast and always fresh. Great lobby, super staff, great conference room with excellent service. I look forward to the next time. Thank you

Fairly large and clean hotel, location was great and lovely right by the centre and the bus station, the restaurant for evening meal and Northampton for a number of months. The rooms were all immaculate and luxury with baths. Nothing too much trouble, we enjoyed staying in this place.

We used this hotel to visit Kelmarsh festival of history & to combine with a vist to family in the area & shopping at Ikes Milton Keynes.We have a 10 year old with aspergers & this hotel was perfect for him, we had a lovely quiet room & he relly loved the pool, all in all a relaxing stay for once in a hotel, will definitely use it again

The swimming pool was not in operation due to a defect.
